The Everettstown Families and Friends Reunion 2023, will be held for the first time in New Jersey in its 50 year history and in the 125 years since my great grandfather John Walter Everett, son of former slaves, came north from a small place called Everettstown in Lynchburg, Virginia. This is an opportunity to celebrate and preserve our family history, while fellowshipping with extended family and friends. Knowing your history is a key to knowing who you are and where you are going.
