2024 Smith-Maloney Family Reunion

We are the proud descendants of John H. Smith and Ada Maloney Smith who were married in Junction City, Louisiana on December 28, 1891 as teenagers and later moved their family of seven children in a mule driven buggy to Prescott, Arkansas, following the opportunities of living in railroad town. By the time of the U.S. 1900 Census, the family was renting a home on West Vine Street along with other extended family members. By 1918 they were landowners and had been hosting family gatherings since 1900 which will make our family reunion tradition 124 years old in 2024!
